The anime project Hypnosis Mic: Division Rap Battle has announced that they will be releasing a new album next January 10th, titled Welcome 2 Rhyme Anima +. The second season of the anime, which began airing on October 6th, will feature new songs, all of which will be contained in this upcoming work.
The album will have full versions of the opening and ending themes for the anime, RISE FROM DEAD and Next Stage.
RISE FROM DEAD has already hit streaming services and is available everywhere. The album will have a total of 15 tracks including the opening and ending, and the second disc will contain the BGM for the second season of the anime.
In addition, the group released information on their upcoming 10th live concert, Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- 10th LIVE <LIVE ANIMA>. The concert will be held at Makuhari Messe on April 6th to 7th, with the Blu-ray/DVD release of the anime (to be sold December 20th) containing serial codes for advance application Day 1 will be called ≪LIVE ANIMA≫ -HOMIEs-, with 2 to be titled ≪LIVE ANIMA≫ -HOODs-. The concert will be the first time many of the songs from the album will be performed, with 18 cast members attending.
