The STARTO ENTERTAINMENT Kansai groups SUPER EIGHT, WEST., and Naniwa Danshi have created a new supergroup, KAMIGATA BOYZ. This new unit stems from the “DREAM IsLAND” project, which has been holding various live performance, primarily for Juniors. Four years have passed since the event “DREAM IsLAND 2020→2025 ~Daisuki na Kono Machi kara~”, so it was decided to create KAMIGATA BOYZ.
On May 3, the supergroup will make their debut with the digital single “Musekinin de Eejanaika LOVE.” The song is described as being a bright one that listeners can sing and dance to without a care, something that is needed during these dark times. The lyrics of the song have reflections of each of its component groups, and are full of Kansai “kotekote” flavor.
