A few hours ago, King & Prince 3.0, consisting of Ren Nagase and Kaito Takahashi, held a livestream on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok in celebration of their fifth anniversary.
After the livestream, information about the group’s future was revealed. On June 21, they will release their 13th single, “Nanimono.” The song has the theme of “Don’t worry, just enjoy the moment.” The single will be released in four editions. The Dear Tiara fanclub edition includes the song “Hanashi wo Shiyou yo”, which was written and composed by Kaito.
Those who buy the Dear Tiara edition of the single will be able to apply for tickets to King & Prince’s first ever fanmeeting, “King & Prince to Uchiawase.” It will be held at Tokyo’s Ariake Arena on July 2 at 1 PM and 5:30 PM.
Furthermore, King & Prince’s new variety show, “Kintore”, will premiere on July 1 on NTV at 1:30 PM. The hour long show replaces their previous variety show, “King & Prince Ru”, which ended on May 20. The show has an economic angle, with King & Prince answering questions related to money. On the show, they will be joined by Gekidan Hitori and Untouchable‘s Yamazaki Hironari. Of the show’s title, King & Prince said it has two meaning, King & Prince (Kinpuri) training and kin (“money” in Japanese) training.
