Japan Weekend Box Office 04/05 – 04/07: ‘Henna Ie’ (A Strange House) is the number one movie in Japan for 4 weeks straight

Over the weekend (April 5 to April 07) the box office data in Japan saw no changes to the number one spot with “Henna Ie” (A Strange House) remaining on top for the fourth consecutive week. In the film’s first 24 days since release it attracted a total of 2,778,000 moviegoers and grossed over 3,459 million yen. Also, the only newly released films that debuted within the top 10 was Hollywood horror film “The First Omen” in 8th place.
