The “74th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen” is nearing! The show will air on NHK on December 31 at 7:20 PM JST, live from NHK Hall.
The theme of this year’s show is “Borderless -Koete Tsunagaru Omisoka-”, which translates to “Borderless -New Year’s Eve that Connects-.”
This year’s hosts are Ariyoshi Hiroiki, Hashimoto Kanna, Hamabe Minami, and NHK announcer Takase Kozo. Besides Kanna, everyone is making their “Kohaku” hosting debut this year. This is her second time hosting the show, having made her hosting debut with last year’s show.
