Hirosue Ryoko Arrested for Assaulting Nurse After Car Crash

On April 8th, Japanese news reported that a woman named Hirosue Ryoko was arrested for allegedly assaulting a nurse at a hospital in Shizuoka Prefecture.

Following reports of her arrest, her agency, RH, immediately updated her website with an official statement.

Regarding the arrest of Ryoko Hirosue

We regret to inform you that the president of our agency, Ryoko Hirosue, has been arrested.

On April 8th, she was hospitalized following a traffic accident involving a car she was driving. In a state of panic at the hospital, she assaulted a medical professional.

We deeply regret all the inconvenience we have caused to everyone, particularly the victim of this unfortunate incident.

As the police are currently investigating the matter we will refrain from making any more comments, but would like to announce a hiatus to all public appearances and entertainment activities for the time being.

Again, we deeply apologize for the matter and inconvenience, both for everyone connected to our agency as well as our fans who continuously support all our activities.

It has been reported that the nurse suffered only light injuries, and few details have been released about the traffic accident.
