In the Kanto region, the second half of the show had a rating of 31.9%, down from last year’s 35.3%. This is lower than the 34.3% rating the second half of the “72nd NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen” received. This was previously the worst rating in the show’s history.
For the first half, the show’s Kanto region rating was 29.0%, down from last year’s 31.2%.
