The winners of this year’s MTV Video Music Awards Japan have been announced! aiko, NizuU, ano, and BAD HOP are among the winners, while Mrs. GREEN APPLE, DXTEEN, LIL LEAGUE, and BE:FIRST are among the winners of the special awards.
MTV VMAJ 2023 will be split between two nights. The first night, November 22, is “MTV VMAJ 2023.” It will be a mix of awards and performances by the like of aiko, AiNA THE END, Macaroni Enpitsu, and Nogizaka46. It will be hosted by Yamasato Ryota of Nankai Candies and Fujii Sachi.
The big prize, Video of the Year, will be handed out at that night. The award will be voted on by viewers online from among the winners of the other regular categories. Voting is open now through November 10 here.
On November 23, “MTV VMAJ 2023 -THE LIVE-” will be held. It is a live event featuring performances by likes of Bright, Cha Eunwoo, and Tomohisa Yamashita.
