UA is currently celebrating the 30th anniversary of her debut. As part of this celebration, she will release the album “NEWME” on February 18. This is her first album since May 2016’s “JaPo.”
The album sees UA working with a number of collaborators, including her son Murakami Nijiro, Fujiwara Sakura, and MFS. It also includes the song “Twilight Before Sunrise”, which was created by Ryuichi Sakamoto for UA.
In tandem with the album release, the music video for the song “ZOMBIE”, which features Nijiro, has been released. He plays a zombie in the video, one who becomes unstable via internet usage. Check it out below!
