Kanjani8 announced today that they’re changing their name! Their new name is “SUPER EIGHT.” The name change is part of STARTO ENTERTAINMENT’s rebranding efforts in the wake of the Johnny Kitagawa sexual abuse scandal. The announcement was made via a fan club video today.
The group is currently celebrating their 20th anniversary. On January 24, they released their final release under the Kanjani8 name, the single “Anthropos.”
