On October 7th, producer Akimoto Yasushi debuted a new group called WHITE SCORPION. The group is expected to launch under record label King Records, and their first digital single, Manazashi Sniper, will come out December 7th.
The group is affiliated with the recent idol audition project IDOL3.0 PROJECT Audition, which started in April of this year. The 114 semi-finalists were announced on August 5th, with the numbers whittled down to 29 by the end of September. The group is also affiliated with the crypto organization, Nippon Idol Token, who will also continue to support the project.
The final 11 members of the group are: Ao, Ally, Kokoa, Summer, Choko, Nako, Nabi, Niko, Hanna, Peace and Momotere.
