The year is coming to an end, and Oricon has now released its year end charts for 2018. These charts measure the period from 12/11/17 – 12/9/18. Namie Amuro was the best selling artist of the year. AKB48‘s “Teacher Teacher” was the best selling single of 2018, while Namie’s “Finally” was the best selling album for the second year in a row. Namie also had the best selling music DVD and Blu-ray of 2018 with “namie amuro Final Tour 2018 ~Finally~.” Yonezu Kenshi‘s “Lemon” was the the best selling digital single of the year, while the “Greatest Showman” soundtrack was the best selling digital album.
