On August 11, EBiDAN released their 15th anniversary single, “Yes! Tokyo.” The supergroup featured 60 people, combining the talents of ten groups: Choutokkyuu, M!LK, SUPER★DRAGON, Sakurashimeji, ONE N’ ONLY, Genin wa Jibun ni Aru., BUDDiiS, ICEx, Lienel, and the newly debuted group iiONDO.
In its first week, the single had sales of 1.053 million copies, the highest first week sales of 2026 so far and the only million selling single so far this year.
The last single to sell a million copies was Snow Man‘s August 2024 single “BREAKOUT / Kimi wa Boku no Mono.”
EBiDAN are the fifth male act in history to achieve a million-selling single in their first week, following Mr.Children, SixTONES vs Snow Man, King & Prince, and Snow Man.
