On May 28, MISIA will release her 15th album, “LOVE NEVER DIES.” This is her first album since December 2021’s “HELLO LOVE.”
“LOVE NEVER DIE” will be released a limited edition a CD only regular edition. The limited edition will include a 200 page art book that features MISIA in clothing by noir kei ninomiya. MISIA is the first Japanese artist to wear the brand for their album art.
In tandem with the release of the album, the music video for its title track has been released. The video stars Watanabe Naomi as a back of house staff member at a New York burlesque club. Naomi’s character dreams of stardom on the club’s stage, and dances on it at night after hours. Of the video, Naomi said that she found the dancing a bit difficult, due to the fact it’s a cool dance, unlike her usual silly style, but she managed to do it.
