Earlier today, NENE released the music video for the song “OWARI.”
Straight out the gate, she’s on the attack:
I listened to your new song
Hey, there’s no credits?
What, a rapper?
But you didn’t write the lyrics yourself?
The comes the song’s refrain of
I’m on your moodboard
I’m on your moodboard, bitch
It’s a bit unclear who she is attacking in the song, until a bit later on:
Hyena out of ideas
Call me Chanmina
If you pay me
I’ll give you an idea
Now it’s clear that NENE is attacking Chanmina, as well as her new girl group HANA. She accuses Chanmina of being a pop act, not a real hip hop act like her. She also accuses her of getting lipo and says that the clubs don’t play her songs.
Chanmina’s new business partner in HANA, SKY-HI, also catches a stray:
Don’t lower your level, I’m so high SKY-HI
Get ready to open your parachute
I’ll expose this darkness
At the song’s end, she comes up with a new acronym for SKY-HI’s company BMSG, which features HANA and BE:FIRST on its roster, among others:
Bitches
Market
Stealing
Group
The music video can be found below and is subbed in English! It even features a Chanmina doppleganger!
