Japan Weekend Box Office 09/22 – 09/24. ‘Don’t Call it Mystery: The Movie’ Stays at No. 1 for Second Week

The weekend movie box office ranking from September 22 to September 24 saw that last week’s number one “Don’t Call it Mystery: The Movie” starring Masaki Suda remained on top with 372,000 moviegoers and box office revenue of 521 million yen. The cumulative performance has now reached 1.49 million moviegoers and box office revenue of 2 billion yen. Among newly released films in Japan that ranked within the top 10 there is Hollywood film “John Wick: Chapter 4” which ranked in 2nd place.
