Over the weekend (May 10 to May 12) “Detective Conan: The Million-dollar Pentagram” kept the top spot with 362,000 moviegoers and 534 million yen, bringing the cumulative total to 8.9 million moviegoers and box office revenue of 12.8 billion yen. Hollywood film “Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes” debuted at 2nd place with 182,000 moviegoers and box office revenue of 271 million yen. Other newly released films that were able to debut within the top 10 include “Onihei Hankacho: Ketto” 5th place “Umamusume: Pretty Derby ROAD TO THE TOP” in 6th place and “Trapezium” in 10th place.
