Japan Weekend Box Office 08/11 – 08/13. ‘Kingdom III: Flame of Destiny’ tops Japan’s weekend box office for 3 weeks in a row

The weekend movie box office ranking from Aug 11 to Aug 13 has been released and last week’s first place ‘Kingdom III: Flame of Destiny’ kept its spot for the third consecutive week. Over the weekend the highly anticipated Hollywood film “Barbie” was released in Japan and debuted in 8th place. Other newly released films in Japan that ranked within the top 10 include “Revolver Lily” starring Haruka Ayase and SixTONES Jesse and “Minna no Uta.”
