Singer-songwriter Mariya Takeuchi’’s new song “Days of Love” will be used in Airweave’s new commercial featuring figure skater Mao Asada. The lyrics were written by Takeuchi and the music was composed by her husband Tatsuro Yamashita, making it the first time in 43 years since Takeuchi’s song “Waitress” from her 1981 album “PORTRAIT” that the couple has teamed up to create a song for Takeuchi’s work. “Days of Love” is described as a mid-tempo love song and will be included in Takeuchi’s new album scheduled to be released in the fall.
