Yoshizawa Ryo‘s 15th anniversary photo book “Profile” will be released on June 14 as the first part of his 15th anniversary project.
Since his 2009 debut at the age of 15, Yoshizawa has appeared in a number of iconic films including the “Kingdom” series and will have the lead role in the film”Kokuho” directed by Lee Sang Il which will be released in 2025.
The photo book includes many unused shots from the Ryo Yoshizawa 2024 to 2025 Calendar. His staff went on record stating, “It would be a waste if it was only a calendar!” In 2023, he shot in Hokkaido, Kyoto, and the suburbs of the Kanto region, taking in seasonal scenery, nature, and prestigious architectural sites.
In tune with the title of the photo book, there is a page that looks back on Yoshizawa’s life from his birth to the films he’s appeared in since his debut. A DVD of the making of the photo book and an interview where he talks about his memories of the shoot and his aspirations of his 30s will also be included.
